F.A.Q.

During your first session, we’ll take the time to discuss your goals, any concerns you may have, and the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs, so you can begin to experience relief from anxiety and other emotional struggles.

We are pleased to offer online therapy sessions to provide you with flexible, convenient support from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re seeking in-person or virtual sessions, we are committed to delivering the best possible care tailored to your needs.

For questions please contact Holistic House here.

The number of sessions needed varies depending on your individual circumstances and therapeutic goals. Some individuals experience significant relief after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from a longer course of therapy. We’ll regularly assess progress and adjust the treatment plan as necessary.

Currently, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. However, we can provide you with the necessary documentation and receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many insurance companies provide coverage for counselling services provided by a registered psychologist. Please check with your provider.
